Why are we sponsoring??? Think about this. Our primary sponsors for our meetings are typically banks and title companies for which we are extremely thankful. Ryan and I do not want to put them in a position of saying no to sponsoring with all of the recent restrictive changes affecting our commercial real estate business in the State of Washington. Please join us to learn more about the Commercial Real Estate Marijuana Industry that will not be going away anytime soon with an ever expanding presence locally and nationally.
Learn about the different types of properties, transactions and fees, fundamental commercial real estate terms and how to negotiate agreements. By learning the basic terminology, the structure of the business, the different roles that brokers play in transactions, and the agreements used to put transactions together, youll be able to provide great service to your customers right from the start.
