After upgrading to WEM 4.3 we are facing intermittent crashs of Norsklae Broker Service with the following event infos logged:

Pfad der fehlerhaften Anwendung: C:\Program Files (x86)\Norskale\Norskale Infrastructure Services\Norskale Broker Service.exe

Pfad des fehlerhaften Moduls: C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll

Berichtskennung: 286b6abc-46c6-11e7-8101-d944a3f07d22

Anwendungs-ID, die relativ zum fehlerhaften Paket ist:

Restarting the service solves the issue but the crash reoccures earlier or later. It may run a couple of hours without crashing. Btw. Server OS is Windows 2012R2 fully patched.

We would need a full process dump when the process is crashing to start investigations.

Could you please open a support case so that we could investigate?

Also could you please confirm us when the 4.3 was downloaded ?

Having the same issue with a new clean Installation of WEM 4.3 @ Server 2012 R2 fully patched.

Support got me the private fix very quickly and it resolved the problem for me.

Weve got the same error. But since we are running on Citrix 6.5 and this is end of life I cannot open a case. Is there a way to receive this private hotfix anyway?

Be advised No private will be issued for this. If your on WEM 4.3 or lower you will be required to upgrade to the latest version as the fix has been ported into 4.4 and higher.
