Im posting this review as a property owner, and have nothing but great things to say about Brunk and Brunk! They are very knowledgeable and responsive. They helped me develop a realistic business plan for our rental house, gave great service during the renovation phase, and deftly obtained excellent tenants for us. Their policies are fair and intelligent. They have a few different vendors whom they routinely use for repairs and landscaping, keeping the costs down and obtaining quality results without any headaches to the owners (us!).

Ive never encountered a business that had so little interest in customer service. After seeing a property I was interested in renting, I called the number provided on the sign. No realtors name was on the sign so they were unsure who to direct me towards. No worries, I got the actual address and elected to go on-line to obtain direct contact info for the Realtor in charge. After two attempts to set up a showing on-line, nobody had contacted me for two days. I decided to try to contact the number I had again with specific info so the person answering the phones could direct me properly. I will give that person credit, she was nice. Unfortunately she didnt appear to know how to use the phone and patched me through to another customer who was furious that I couldnt help her. Mistakes happen though and it wasnt a big deal so I called again. The call was disconnected when she tried to transfer my call. This happened a few times and I was told the last time she would have this Realtor call me directly. Never happened. I wanted to see this place so I pulled up the automated email response I had received when I tried to set up a showing on-line. The email contained a number to a Denver office. I assumed it was the headquarters. From there an incredibly rude woman named Phyllis pulled up the rental info and said the place wouldnt be available till May 2. I was interested in moving in the last week of May but needed to give my current apt 30 days notice. Phyllis told me I had to move in within 5 days of putting in my application. I was ready to apply and give my deposit to hold the place but they apparently didnt want my money since they didnt want to loose out on 3 weeks of rent. Ridiculous.
